DMCA Policy

SSSTTK respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. This page explains how to report copyright infringement.

Last updated: August 2026

1Copyright Policy

SSSTTK is an independent download tool and does not host, store or transmit copyrighted content. Downloaded files originate from TikTok and remain owned by their respective creators. However, we take copyright seriously and will respond to clear and valid infringement notices in accordance with the DMCA.

Our policy is to respond to and act upon copyright notices that fully comply with the DMCA requirements.

2Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed through the SSSTTK service, you may file a DMCA notice. Please note that we cannot act on claims related to content hosted on TikTok itself — those must be directed to TikTok through its own reporting channels.

To file a notice with us, you must provide the information listed in the next section.

3Valid DMCA Notice Checklist

A valid notification must include all of the following elements:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number and email)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner

Notices missing any of these elements may be considered invalid and cannot be processed.

4How to Submit a Notice

Send your completed DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent by email:

  • [email protected]
  • Subject line: “DMCA Notice”
  • Attach the TikTok link(s) and any supporting details

5What Happens Next

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review it and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the identified material. We aim to respond to valid notices promptly, typically within a few business days.

Please allow reasonable time for review. Repeated follow-up emails may slow down processing.

6Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.

7Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyright of others, where appropriate and where circumstances reasonably support such action.

8Fraudulent Notices

The DMCA provides that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be held liable for damages. Please make sure your notice is accurate and made in good faith before submitting it.
